1. General Membership Details
Online BabySign is for anyone who wishes to learn more about the use of signing with young children.
Membership allows access to (the advised) number of signed videos and other support materials dependent upon the membership programme purchased as well as privileged information about signing based on many years of experience.
Please note that membership prices may vary at any given time and we will not be liable for any further costs incurred.
We endeavour to make sure all information is up to date, however we are human and errors may occur. Should you see anything that you consider to be incorrect, please do let us know as soon as possible so that we can change the details if necessary.
Members may also receive offers and discounts against other products from our partners from time to time.
2. Price, Availability and Formation of Contract:
Whilst Online BabySign has endeavoured to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing, there may be occasions where errors arise.
Should such situations occur we will allow you the opportunity to cancel your order in such circumstances. Your contract with Online BabySign becomes binding at such time that your membership access at the level you have requested has been provided by Online BabySign.
You may place an order by one of the following methods of ordering:
•Via the Online BabySign website
•By e-mail: email@example.com (please allow 5 working days for processing)
3.1 Paypal (credit and debit card payments). Online Babysign accepts payment by credit/debit card through Paypal and this is processed via Little Signers Club
We can accept payment by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Little Signers Club for the full amount of the membership programme you wish to purchase. Please email for address details. Please allow additional time for processing.
3.3 Direct Transfer / BACS
We can accept payment by Direct Transfer upon request. Please email for address details. Please allow additional time for processing.
4.1 Online Membership Orders:Once your membership request has been submitted your selected programme should be available to you immediately upon cleared payment via PayPal.
4.2 E-mailed Membership Orders: If you wish to request membership via email and make payment by Cheque or Direct Transfer, Online BabySign will endeavour to grant Membership access within 7 working days.
5. Cancellation of Membership
You may cancel your chosen Online BabySign membership programme at any time before payment is taken and membership access granted.
Terms of Website Use
ACCESSING OUR SITE
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below).
We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.
OUR SITE CHANGES REGULARLY
We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely.
